  • Previously a physical medical event with 3 conference rooms, in 2020 BESS took full advantage of the extended reach and capacity a virtual conference offers. Their virtual conference expanded to include a range of international presenters, hailing from India, Australia, South Africa, throughout the UK and more.

  • On a dedicated Talking Slides e-conference website, delegates were invited to browse and interact with a library of over 100 freshly produced presentations at their leisure, from the comfort of their home or office.
  • When it became apparent that it wasn’t possible to hold the event in Detroit, our client approached us to explore ways in which we could take it from a physical to a virtual event.
  • There was a mixture of live and pre recorded content with a live MC who kept everything together. To add to the Pizzaz we set up a temporary studio using a green screen to ensure aestically the event really did look the part!

  • We were delighted to be given the opportunity by the lovely guys at Absolute Dogs to work with them and find a way to turn their annual doggie training festival int to a huge virtual event.
